Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support by email: support@ajpeptide.com. Cancellations must be completed before your next billing date to avoid charges. Charges already processed are non-refundable.

Refunds: Refunds are generally not offered. Limited exceptions (such as duplicate or erroneous charges) may be reviewed case by case. However, if you feel we have made an error in the filling of your prescription, please contact us by one of the methods below.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
